1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the MyMintie application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

MyMintie is operated by Vrikka Tech Limited ("we," "us," or "our"). We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

2. Eligibility

To use MyMintie, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be legally permitted to use the App under applicable laws
• Not be prohibited from using the App under any applicable law
• Not have been previously banned from using the App
• Not be a registered sex offender

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the App, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Harass, abuse, or harm another person
• Post false, misleading, or deceptive content
• Use another person's account or identity
• Upload viruses or malicious code
• Collect information about other users without consent
• Use the App for commercial purposes without authorization
• Engage in spamming or solicitation
• Post content that is sexually explicit, violent, or discriminatory
• Attempt to circumvent security features

5. Content

Your Content: You retain ownership of content you submit. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your content in connection with the App.

Content Standards: You are solely responsible for your content. We do not endorse user content and reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms.

Photo Verification: We may require photo verification to confirm your identity. Verified photos help create a safer community.

6. Safety

While we implement safety measures, we cannot guarantee the conduct of users. You are responsible for your safety when interacting with other users. We encourage you to:

• Meet in public places for initial meetings
• Tell someone you trust about your plans
• Trust your instincts and leave if you feel uncomfortable
• Report any suspicious or harmful behavior

7. Premium Features and Payments

MyMintie offers premium subscription features. By purchasing a subscription:

• You authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your payment method
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Refunds are subject to our refund policy and app store policies
• Prices may change with notice before your next billing period

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the App or by contacting us.

Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. We may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

9. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We are not responsible for the conduct of any user, whether online or offline.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vrikka Tech Limited and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Uganda, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Uganda.
